I bought is rustfree example  for my wife to drive,,, she loves it but has not driven it like I thought she would.   It has many new parts, upgrades and nice touches

Disc brakes and dual master cylinder

great tires
drives and handles very good
older restoration with many new parts,,, always garaged
nice glass, some new
aluminum heads
headers
otherwise original drive train
no issues
electric wipers
dakota digital gauges
great brakes
signal lights
super straight and rust free body
paint is so so, but very presentable and great for local car shows
20k is my rock bottom out the door price and if it sells ok and if it doesnt ok
I would entertain a trade of an aluminum hull houseboat  and I could pay the difference, other than that,, its a straight out sale
