    ITEM DESCRIPTION
    Up for auction is a Czech Turquoise Blue Glass Intaglio in Jeweled Brass Basket
    Holder Open Salt Cellar.
    This lovely turquoise blue glass intaglio open salt is deeply etched, nicely frosted and depicts images of five Roman or Greek figures.
    It sits in an ornately designed basket holder and is held securely in place by four filigree stylized clips that extend up over the sides of the intaglio.
    The clips and the handle of the basket are embellished with eleven round facet cut turquoise colored rhinestones.
    The underside of the basket is marked Made in Czechoslovakia.
    The piece measures 2-1/2" high by 3” at the widest point and is in very good condition no chips, cracks, or fleabites to the intaglio.
