Jo Anne Worley is a renown American actress, comedienne and singer, whose 50+ years career includes many top-rated television shows and stage productions. She is most famously known for her co-starring role in the all-time TV comedy show classic, “Rowan and Martin’s Laugh-In”, where she appeared in 68 episodes during the show’s 1967- 1973 run.
Here is a letter she wrote in 1987 to a friend of hers, my Uncle Ken. At that time Ken was the host of “The Ken Merrill Show”, a Long Beach, California cable television talk show.
Ken had many friends in the entertainment and literary fields, and unfortunately, he tragically passed away in 1991. This letter has been in family storage for 30 years.
