Payment
* We prefer PayPal as a method of payment. We are a Firm supported of the eBay Buyer protection. Payment transaction should be completed within 2 business days after order been confirmed. If not, buyer agrees that purchasing activity will be nullified.

Shipping & Handling
* Items will be shipped after 1-2 business day of confirmed payment, Mon – Fri. Excluding Holiday.
* Shipping methods: USPS, UPS, FEDEX ground service, we reserve the rights to choose carriers and service level, according to the nature of the product and service availability. PHYSICAL Address will be needed to ship, since some carriers don’t deliver to PO box.
* Free shipping items and listed domestic shipping rates are available only for domestic, 48 contiguous states address. Please contact us to get estimate freight for shipments to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, and International Buyer.
* Due to custom regulations varies with countries, we are unable to handle Import taxes (Tax Duties and/or VAT) for buyers. Buyer’s phone number will be required for all international shipment. Order will be held, if phone number is not provided.
* If package is returned to us, the adjudication of wrong or undeliverable address will be left to carrier’s discretion. Buyer will agree to pay additional re-shipping charge.
* Tracking number is provided by our automated service 48-72 hours after merchandize has been shipped. In case of automated service failure, please contact us immediately for a tracking number.
* Goods will be shipped without signature required when delivered. Prove of Delivery is based on carrier’s jurisdiction. Seller is not responsible for missing goods after it’s been delivered. Delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation can be added with USD.00 per package upon buyer’s request when check out.

Return Policy
* Please check merchandise upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days if received wrong or defective item. Seller will issue return authorization number and exchange with shipper’s expense.
* Order canceled by buyer after goods been shipped, for any reason. Buyer agrees to prepaid freight to send goods back to our shipping warehouse. Cost of merchandise will be refunded after goods received and inspection been approved by shipper warehouse. (Original freight charge is not refundable). Return request will be accepted with exchange only, back and forth freight will be covered at buyer’s expense.
* All items that are return and/or exchange must be in its original packaging. 20% restocking fee will apply if none original package or careless wrapping return received by our warehouse.
