A Level has only one use ..and that is to be level. If it is not level, then it is useless. If you buy levels from China for 15 cents each....and then expect those levels to be level and accurate and well-made...or even close....then I wish you all the best.
In the pics, do you see how all the bubbles are the same size? Many levels just have random bubble sizes.
Consistent bubbles size is the first sign of a good level.
