Note/Memo/Letter signed By Marlon Brando Comes with Two COAs

This is an authentically signed item at a reasonable price.  (Many of the currently listed Brando offerings are very questionable in my humble opinion.)
Basically it is a memo to his gardener, but it is surprisingly detailed.  Brando apparently cared about how things looked (lol).
I bought the item from Todd Mueller who has sold autographed items pretty much forever.  It also comes with a COA from Professional Autograph Authentication Services.
I'm starting this auction at a price much less than what I paid for it.  But I have just bought three Lenny Bruce items and I need to sell enough to pay for them.  I am hoping that by starting the auction at a bargain price that it will generate a lot of interest.  We'll see.
